Three buyer priorities

Surface, fit and forming requirements discussed before quotation

Plating-ready No. 8 mirror stainless steel tube
01

Plating-ready surface control

Specify No. 8 / 600 grit mirror, brushed or other agreed finishes for components that will be chrome plated, PVD finished or used as visible hardware.

Tube-in-tube telescopic stainless steel fit
02

Tube-in-tube dimensional fit

For adjustable shower columns, OD/ID and inner-weld-bead requirements can be reviewed with your matching tube, drawing or sample.

Bendable stainless steel tubes for faucet spouts
03

Forming for spouts and arms

Discuss bend radius, surface expectations and downstream fabrication so tube material and finish are selected for the intended component process.

Tube Options & Finishes

Tube profiles for visible bathroom hardware components

Quote support is available for standard or project-specific dimensions. Please provide shape, material, OD or section size, wall thickness, length, finish, quantity and any processing drawing.

Round Tubes

Common for shower columns, towel rails, grab bars and faucet arms. Tube-in-tube combinations can be assessed for telescopic systems.

Square & Rectangular Tubes

Suitable for contemporary rail, rack and fitting assemblies where flat faces or controlled orientation are required.

Surface Finish Options

No. 8 / 600 grit mirror, brushed and other agreed finishes. Surface protection and packing should be defined for visible parts.

Quality requirements

Inspection points to confirm on an RFQ

Applications

Tubing for bathroom hardware assemblies

Stainless steel tube bathroom towel rack

Towel Racks

Round tube components with surface finish, cut length and joining requirements matched to the assembly.

Mirror stainless steel tube shower column

Shower Columns

Mirror or brushed visible tubes, with dimensional fit options for adjustable tube-in-tube structures.

Stainless steel tube bathroom grab bar

Bathroom Grab Bars

Tube supply for component fabricators; wall thickness, bend geometry and project requirements are confirmed by RFQ.

Processing Services

Fabrication support

Where specified, tube supply can be prepared for component manufacturing requirements.

  • Cut-to-length supply
  • Hole punching and drilling locations
  • End forming and deburring requirements
  • Bend preparation and agreed protective packing

304 vs 316L

304 is commonly considered for indoor bathroom hardware where the environment and finishing route are defined by the buyer.

316L can be considered for more demanding chloride or coastal exposure conditions when the complete component environment supports that choice.

Salt-spray reference values of 48 h for 304 and 96 h for 316L should be treated as RFQ-specific test conditions, not a blanket product guarantee.

FAQ

Questions from bathroom hardware buyers

Can the tubes be supplied for chrome plating or PVD finishing?

We can discuss a No. 8 / 600 grit mirror surface and the visual acceptance standard needed before your finishing process. Please confirm the plating route, sample or surface reference during RFQ review.

Can you support telescopic shower-column tube combinations?

Yes. Provide both tube sizes, target fit, length and inner-weld-bead requirement. A matching sample or assembly drawing helps define the dimensional discussion.

Which material should be considered: 304 or 316L?

Material choice depends on the end environment, finishing route and project specification. 304 and 316L can be quoted; confirm any test method and acceptance condition in advance.

Can cutting, punching and protective packing be included?

These requirements can be reviewed with a drawing, hole positions, cut lengths, quantity and required packaging method. Confirming them before quotation reduces downstream handling changes.
